ABOUT US
We work as a small, dedicated team of carpenters using a considerable number of years of combined experience in timber framing.


WHERE
We construct our timber frames in both Somerset and Herefordshire. We are confident in delivering a reliable service throughout southern and central England and Wales.


HOW
We use traditional methods of jointing and construction, employing a two dimensional pre-assembly lay up procedure in the workshop, prior to site erection. The frame comes together three dimensionally for the first time on site. Traditional joints are always used and secured with cleft pegs.


WHY
Timber framing is an environmentally friendly and sustainable way to build. A timber frame forms the skeleton of a building and creates atmosphere and character. Timber framed buildings last for generations. Many of our oldest and most famous buildings are timber framed.
